To start the quest, go to Aht Urhgan, Whitegate, J12, the Shararat Teahouse, speak with Ratihb. Watch the cut scenes.

Go to Mafwahb, the city guard, at L-9 for another cut scene.

Head north to Port Ephramad, and take the ship to Nashmau. It is suggested to set your home point to Nashmau, as you're likely to die on this quest.

Exit the north Nashmua gate, go up through the Caedarva Mire zone and at I-6 get to Arrapago Reef. It is suggested to travel through the Mire only during morning and evening, and NOT at night or during afternoon.

At night true sight Lamia snake people are out. Also undeads such as skeletons, ghosts, fomor, typically around the Reef areas. During afternoon, Chigoes are out and tend to aggro. You can't see them until it is too late.

Hug the wall on the left, see a shipwreck, and soon after you'll see a gate. A Lamia Fang Key is required to open the gate. HOWEVER, if someone else is exiting or entering the gate, you can go in without the key. Otherwise, only one person needs the key to open the gate, or a thief can use tools to pick the lock. Use sneak here. Remember, Lamia detect by sight.

To get a Lamia fang key, you can either kill Lamia mobs, (decent challenge at level 75), or get it from a ???.

To get Lamia Fang Key from a ???, head south and zone out to the Caedarva Mire, and find a ??? in a swamp. See the yellow square box on the Caedarva Mire map for the location of the ??? for the Lamian Fang Key. Get on a ledge at I-7, walk above it and fall down to it. Beware of the Fetid creatures. Walking through the mire may result in a Gravity effect on your player. Do not try to Escape inside the Reef, as it will put you in the midst of a Lamia mob and two skeletons.

From the reef, hug the right wall, until you find a wrecked ship. For the Puppetteer job quest, select the first ??? to get your key item puppet.

Lamia and undead will be on the ship. Go through the ship, follow the right wall, up the ramp, and find the first gate. Open the gate. Past that gate, stay on the left wall.

Use invisible. Stay on the left wall and find and open another gate guarded by a ghost. This gate does not require a key. You will see another shipwreck and find a ???. Wait for the Lamia to face away from you before dropping invisible and checking the ??? for a cutscene. The NPC will ask you to go to Talacca Cove.

Return to Nashmau and head to the Caedarva Mire from the west zone. Use sneak. Imps are black and have true sight, so stay away from them. At E-9 / E-10 zone to Talacca Cove. There are no mobs in the cove (unless you fish). Hug the left wall and find a ??? on a pile of rocks for a cutscene and key item ‘Forgotten Hexgun.’ Then head west and inspect the Rock Slab for a final cutscene. You’ll be given a Corsair Die and receive your Corsair job. Don’t purchase the Corsair Die before doing this, or you will have to throw it away and then do the cutscene again.
