Members whom we suspect as being bogus or inappropriate or fraudulent in
any way are subject to deletion.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone based on whatever reasons we deem
necessary, without prior notice or explanation, or further correspondence between

Deletion of Accounts.
We reserve the right to keep your profile online for a given period of time
after it has been flagged for deletion. It will not be available for view,
search, or sending online mail by members. It will be
retained for a given period of time for those who "accidentally" delete
their profiles, or delete their profile and then change their minds. We do retain
profile information for known or suspected scammers in case law authorities
require further information.
We do retain basic account information, card payments made, contact information --
even after the profile has been deleted, for income tax purposes and record keeping.
We reserve the right to delete your profile if you have used an invalid email address.
Regular probe emails are sent out to members, and if they bounce back, the account
will be flagged for deletion. If you log in within a given period of time and request
that your account be reinstated, it will be reinstated if you provide a valid email
address.
Mail Updates
We reserve the right to send mail to your personal email address announcing new
features, changes to the system, etc. These mails are also sent out as probes
to see if you have a valid email address. If they bounce back as undeliverable, or
if the mailbox is full and you have not logged on in a while, we will flag the
account for deletion. If you log in again prior to deletion of the account, you
may ask to have the account reinstated, as long as you agree to correct the problem
that caused the account to be deleted.
Please do not join our system if you do not wish to have such mails sent to you.
